Does not work on iPhone 6 but loved it previously

Absolutely loved this app on my iPhone 4s but I just got new 6 and it does not work. I tried reloading several times and the app just wont open on new phone. Crashes at start. According to the other reviews this has been a problem for a long time which is why only 1 star. Theyre not keeping pace with new phones as hey should yet we I have paid for the app. By the way, messages and emails sent to their tech support go unreturned. So frustrating and annoying.
