Ive been using this app for a month without incident. My only complaint up until now is the lack of fingerprint login. Yesterday, the app stopped logging me in but I go to my computer and log in. I turned my phone on and off. That didnt solve the problem. I waited overnight in case they were fixing something. Still no ability to log in via the app. There doesnt seem to be anyway to contact the vendor who charges for the app that its not working.

This is a great example of someone who writes an app and thinks theyre done. There are so many areas to improve the usability of this app. Not to mention the app crashes constantly. Why not prompt the user to access their contacts? Simple import of a guest instead of manually typing it out. How about the ability to duplicate a contact i.e. Adding people with the same last name. Come on guys we are paying for this app. Innovate!

Better than nothing I suppose but it crashes every time I launch it. It will run the second try but I always have to re-enter my credentials. Very annoying.

The audacity to make this app premium. This was put together in a few days by people with no experience in app development. At least make it half decent by remembering your login credentials or using Touch ID.

Current version constantly closes and no longer retains login info. I cant believe I had to pay for this.

It starts up app then closes down. There is an option to set a party but you cant make a code. You can resend code but cannot recover the number but resend a new number. Full site you can access their passcode. There is a vendor button but you cannot use it. Its great to reissue pass but I end up saving main site on my iPhone to recover important info.

This app would be a 5star if it didnt crash so much. Its incredibly useful. They need a tech team to update the app for functionality. The features are basic but just what I need on the go especially when I get that dreaded text that I forgot to register a service repairman. I whip out my iPhone and add him to the guest list. But its frustrating when it crashed or logs me out which didnt used to happen with much earlier iOS. Please update the app.

Nice colors and logical organization but when you have to log into an application every time you use it both user name and password (it doesnt save either) then its clearly an amateur effort at best. Its annoying at best.

This app crashes every time it is launched and then opens on the second attempt. The login info isnt saved which defeats the purpose of an app (instead of just using the website). Dwelling Live is big enough that they should have this fixed. Read the comments. People have been complaining about this for months and months. Could be very useful. More of a headache than it is worth.

Good idea. But it crashes every time. Sometimes just easier to call the gate attendants than it is to us the app. Hope the developers fix the bugs.

Last update 6 months ago and for iOS 8. This app could be great but it crashes continuously, wipes out credentials, no biometric capability. DL, you need to put some effort into this to support your communities.

They shouldve worked out the kinks before releasing the newer version... ...doesnt work at all! :(

V2.0 is totally useless. It doesnt work at all. Get it together.

The app response times are very very long, sometimes over a minute. Adding, changing or deleting a guest of doing anything in the app takes forever! I think this problem only started recently, perhaps the past couple weeks.

Wow! What an update! Works perfectly so far! Cant believe the difference! Thank u so much for finally fixing this app!! And enabling touch-id?! Brilliant!!

Updated to latest version 2.0 using iPhone 4s. Experience so far is terrible. Navigating is very slow and opening or creating a guest entry takes 15-20 seconds. Need better testing by developer.

Constantly freezes. I deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times, but nothing works.

When I try to install the 2.1 update I get a message that says their sw is not compatible with my iPhone (5). I get the same message on my gen 4 iPad. App is currently working fine on both, I just xant install the update. I tried to report this by clicking on the App Support link in the App Store but only got an automated response frim DwellingLive to go through my community rep. My community will not work this since the website & app work fine. Evidently theres no way to report this glitch unless they happen to see app store reviews like this one... :-( Need better App support.
